Erik brings three decades of experience working in virtually all aspects of the adult beverage and hospitality industries to provide financial, strategic, and M&A advisory services to clients and investors in the Pacific Northwest.

As a Managing Director, Kristin oversees Metis’ Oregon wine practice. Kristin grew up on her family’s winery and later spent 15 years running Oregon wineries and vineyards, both legacy and emerging brands. She’s been involved in multiple M&A transactions as both a seller and a buyer before joining Metis. Her unique experience and perspective is invaluable help in guiding clients through transactions.

Lance brings nearly two decades of specialized CFO and advisory expertise to wineries and grape growers throughout California and Oregon. With MBA and CPA credentials, he has delivered strategic leadership and comprehensive planning for more than 30 family wine businesses, including orchestrating a complete turnaround as President of a barrel cooperage that returned all U.S. facilities to profitability.

With a robust background in marketing, communications, and public relations, Madeline brings over two decades of experience and a proven track record of success to her role at Metis.
